Shipping and Returns


Shipping

  • Packaged and shipped using recycled materials in consideration for people and the environment!
  • Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico: The shipping rate is set by weight for purchases of $99.99 and under, and shipping is free for orders over $100. Free shipping orders are sent via USPS priority or UPS ground with a tracking number provided.
  • Currently all orders are shipped from Pleasantville, NY via USPS or UPS with tracking number, based on your selection at checkout.
  • All international shipping is calculated based on weight, with your choice of carriers, USPS or UPS at checkout.
  • We aim to ship out orders within 48 hours of purchase during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

te+te is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once a delivery confirmation number has been assigned. We are not responsible for shipping delays and shipping fees are not refundable.

International Shipping
 

Additional taxes, tariffs, or shipping/handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your delivery. Purchase must be in its original condition with original tags, and must not have been used. 

Return shipping costs are not refundable. Any damages must be reported within 10 days of purchase for a refund. Replacement and shipping cost will be reimbursed for damaged items only. Purchases made at Retail Stores must be returned to the location of purchase.
